Guess what? Kathleen changed her company’s name AGAIN!!!! No more HR Segue Solutions, now her company’s name will be IPartner HR Solutions. Hopefully this will be the last change or we just won’t have time to finish her logo and stationary design by the end of the semester.
So, we have to start all over with the logo design. This is for sure a learning experience, we need to make sure to track our time so she knows how much time we have spent designing her different logos. She needs to realize that if she was working with an established agency she would have spent a lot of money do to her indecision.

this is just like "real" life ... customers don't really know what they want ... but they know what they don't want when they see it ... and will change their minds based on a passing comment by someone in the hall ... :)
Actually, in real life we wouldn't have started the project until she signed off on the particulars, which would have spelled out her name. If she changed the name then, we would have renegotiated the contract for more $$$.
We actually we pretty lucky that she changed the name twice.. we got to do things that the other teams didn't! They did not Skype or really work with Adobe connect like we did!

i would of gone crazyyyy if i was on your team. i think you guys handled it very well. i know that if this happened with a client of mine i would of been... "mannnn F' you, call me back when you make up your mind"... not really, but sometimes it would be nice to have that luxury to just kick them to the curve. :P
